There is no extra charge for our standard Made-to-Measure service. However, to account for additional materials and intricate construction, an atelier fee applies for custom sizes over 16.

No. To uphold our commitment to quality and because each piece is crafted uniquely for you, all custom orders with personalized measurements are final sale and non-returnable. Only standard-sized, ready-to-wear items are eligible for return under our standard policy.

No, we are not a general alteration service. Our tailoring is exclusively for garments purchased through our made-to-measure service. Once your Lucian Matis dress is picked up, we cannot provide free alterations, nor do we perform alterations on clothing from other brands.

Lucian Matis prides itself on quality craftsmanship. As most purchases are cut and sewn to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. This timeline can vary based on the availability of specific imported fabrics and trims. After you place your order, we will contact you with a confirmed delivery date if it differs from this standard.

Yes, we are pleased to offer standard shipping complimentary on all Lucian Matis dresses over $100.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For items over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
